Mooneyham Library Meet & Greet

I had such an amazing time at the Mooneyham Library in Forest City. Denise Strickland rolled out the red carpet, and the facility, refreshments, and visitors could not have been more warm and welcoming to me! I had the opportunity to reconnect with some old friends (Pat, Carol, Peggy) and make new ones (Kay, Tom, Sharon, Katy, and many more!). The group who attended really kept me on my toes with great questions about my own literary journey and upcoming projects (they even gave me some great ideas for my upcoming Christmas book!). Many thanks again to the Mooneyham Library for this fun afternoon!

January 31st at 3:00 p.m.: Check out the press release in this weekend’s edition of the Daily Courier! I’m so looking forrward to visiting the Mooneyham Library in Forest City at the end of this month and talking a little about the entire Broad River Trilogy! This is such a beautiful hidden gem in North Carolina and I hope to meet many new friends as well as reconnect with some old ones. I am so thankful to Denise Strickland for setting this up as well as Pat Nanney for his amazing friendship in promoting this opportunity. See you there! - JRS
